WebSettings -> general -> reset -> reset network settings -> turn off phone for 3-4 min -> power it back on. This resets all network settings, carrier settings, Bluetooth, WiFi, etc and will force the phone to search for and reconnect to the towers. I had the same problem and that seemed to fix it for me.
