It was designed for mouse and keyboard and the controls on consoles were very poor (unlike Dragon Age Inquisition, which was dumbed down in favor of controller gameplay). You can try third party software like Xpadder to map keys to a controller. WebDragon Age Origins is the one Bioware game that actually has a complete edition and has had so ever since like, a year after it came out. Thus it's no news that this is the edition GOG gets. What would be really fucking surprising is if EA finally puts out collected editions of Dragon Age 2 and the 3 Mass Effect games.
